About Hooksgreen Herbs
Hooksgreen Herbs is the culmination of 15 years working within the horticultural industry for Malcolm Dickson who started out in 1993 growing and selling a range of plants including climbers, alpines, perennials, shrubs, bedding plants and herbs.
Malcolm soon developed a particular interest in growing herbs, which proved a popular product with his customers.
Selling direct to the public and supplying wholesale to garden centres has allowed the development of a full range of popular culinary, medicinal and aromatic herbs.
Propagation from seed, cuttings and division at the Staffordshire nursery is carefully controlled, and attention to quality a top priority. This small family business is always keen to try new varieties of herbs, and regularly introducing new plants to the herb collection.
Malcolm was joined in 2002 by his 28 year old son, Thomas who had spent 5 years running a nursery in Cape Town, South Africa, having previously gained an HND in horticulture at Pershore College.
Hooksgreen Herbs can be found on the horticultural show circuit and at most of the important plant fairs around the country.
Hooksgreen Herbs offer an extensive range of pot grown herbs in 2 sizes: 9cm and 1 litre pots. Hooksgreen Herbs also offer bespoke herb garden designs.
