Lavender, 'Jean Davis' - Lavandula angustifolia 'Jean Davis'
Type: Perennial
Most lavenders bloom in shades of purple, but not Jean Davis. For soft, sweet spires of whisper pink this is the best variety of fragrant English lavender, perfect for pastel gardens. Maturing a little over a foot tall with an attractive full shape, Jean Davis is a good choice for gardeners that live in areas where deer are a problem, as this cultivar is deer resistant.
Grey- green foliage and mauve pink flowers 5-8cm spikes are borne on stems 12-25cm long. This is a smaller variety that adds a lovely contrast to its purple cousins
