A variant to the Mexican species. Exquisite large dark blue, hooded flowers on erect stems. Superb in borders, patio containers or conservatory, and in sheltered areas tubers can be heavily mulched and left outside. Lift plants in the autumn and treat like Dahlia tubers until spring.
Height: 60-75cm (24-30 inches).
