Wild Rocket will provide a bountiful crop of leaves for the entire season if one stays on top of the picking, working as a cut and come again crop.
Known primarily as a salad herb, the leaves of Wild Rocket have a more pungent taste when compared to its salad rocket counterpart. The sharp peppery, mustard taste is excellent on sandwiches, and can be picked through flowering. The plant will produce long flower stalks that hold yellow flowers all summer.
Rocket prefers rich moist soil and full sun, although will tolerate a shady situation.
