Autumn Sage'Lemon Pie' (Salvia greggii 'Lemon Pie' ) Herb in 1L Pot
Autumn Salvia 'Lemon Pie' has pretty creamy-yellow flowers with small narrow leaves. Autumn Salvia 'Lemon Pie' loves the sun as it is native to Texas and Mexico. It has evergreen leaves and despite its name flowers from Jul to September. Autumn Sage prefers a sunny spot it enjoys moist but well drained soil, flourishing in a well drained border or in a large pot. The ideal time for cutting back flowering shrub sages, is the Spring once new growth can be seen and risk of frost has past. Cut up to half the plant back shaping as needed. If Sages are becoming leggy then a light summer cut may be required. Dead heading the old flowers will encourage new flowers all season.
