Summer Savory (Satureja hortensis) Herb Seeds.

Satureja hortensi (Summer Savory) is an annual, growing 20-30cm in height with a spread of 15cm. It is a bushy plant with dense pointed leaves, it produces lilac and white flowers in the summer, Satureja hortensis is an attractive rambling plant that enjoys well-drained soil and a sheltered position, and frequent picking will help keep the plant from becoming leggy. Summer savory can quite happily survive in a container, providing a pretty and fragrant plant.  It will make a good edging plant but it will happily self sow too ideally plant it where you don't mind this happening as the seedlings do not like transplanting.
